Dario Brivio was born in Monza on 24th January 1984.
After getting his high school diploma from “Liceo Artistico Preziosissimo Sangue” in Monza, he took the degree in Sculpture from the “Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera” (Brera Academy of Fine Arts) in Milan, where he later specialized in Theory and Practice of Art-Therapy.
In March 2009, together with Giulio Pace, he founded a Contemporary Art Studio, “Studio Apeiron Arte Contemporanea”, where he works and curates contemporary art exhibitions every month.
Between 2009 and 2010, Dario Brivio started to collaborate as art-therapist with public institutions, such as the Penitentiary of Bollate (near Milan) and S. Gerardo Hospital in Monza, giving the “inhabitants” of those places the opportunity to participate in the process of artistic creation, in order to develop everyone’s creativity and imagination.
Since 2007 Dario Brivio has been working with galleries and architecture and design studios, both in Italy and abroad. Moreover, his paintings and sculptures were shown in many collective and personal exhibitions.
In 2008 he was appointed Professor of Sculpture at the artistic high school “Liceo Artistico Preziosissimo Sangue” in Monza, were he taught until 2010.
